Ways to reach us

The fastest way to reach the editorial team is to leave a comment on the article you are writing about. Start your comment with one of the following prefixes so it is routed correctly:

  • Correction: for a factual error in a published article.
  • Tip: for a news tip, an announcement we may have missed, or a story suggestion.
  • Rights: for a copyright or takedown request.

Editors review comments every day, so most messages get a response or an action within 24 to 48 hours. Please keep your message on the article that is most closely related to it; that makes it much faster for an editor to find and act on.

Corrections

If you believe something we published is wrong, say exactly which sentence is incorrect and link a source that supports the correction. We check every correction request against the source material before making any change; confirmed errors are fixed promptly and the article is marked with a short update note explaining what changed and when.

Copyright and takedown requests

If you represent a rights holder and believe we have used your material improperly, identify the specific work and the exact page where it appears. We respond to copyright and takedown requests within 48 hours and will remove or rewrite the material when the request is justified. See our Copyright & Fair Use page for more detail on how we quote and credit other outlets.

What we don't do

We do not accept paid reviews or sponsored placements disguised as ordinary news or guides, and we do not offer a way to pay for faster coverage. If you are a PR contact looking to share an announcement, a comment tagged Tip: on any recent, related article is the right channel to reach us.

Response times

We aim to review every comment within a day, though correction and rights requests are prioritized over general feedback. During busy news periods, such as a major showcase or a big game launch week, responses may take a little longer than usual; thank you for your patience.
