Europe's vic0 & Malibuca top the Fortnite Global Championship 2026 leaderboard with 304 points after six games in Antwerp, Belgium — but with six games remaining on Day 2, the $2 million title is still very much up for grabs.
The Setup: 50 Duos, Seven Regions, One Title
The tournament, run under the FNCS banner, is being held at Lotto Arena on September 26–27, bringing together 50 duos from seven regions. Among the field are recognisable names such as Clix, Peterbot, and Shxrk. Across 12 total games split evenly over the two days, every duo is chasing a share of the $2 million prize pool, but only the team topping the combined leaderboard after Game 12 will be crowned Fortnite Global Champions.
Scoring rewards both placement and eliminations, meaning consistent results — not just Victory Royales — determine the standings. That format explains the current leaderboard: the top two teams have yet to win a single game.
How Day 1 Unfolded
Day 1's six Battle Royale Duos games produced six different winners, with four regions sharing the spoils:
- Game 1: Higgs & Curve (NA Central) opened the day with a win.
- Games 2 and 4: Asia's Koyota & Yuma claimed back-to-back Victory Royales.
- Game 3: Brazil's Randu & Grx took the win.
- Game 5: Higgs & Curve returned to the top of the podium.
- Game 6: Europe's Shxrk & t3eny closed out the day, giving Europe its only game victory.
The Leaderboard After Six Games
The standings highlight the value of consistency under this scoring system. Koyota & Yuma, despite winning two games, sit third on 270 points, behind two European duos who piled up points through steady placements:
| Place | Team | Points | Wins | Region |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1st | vic0 & Malibuca | 304 | 0 | Europe |
| 2nd | Darm & Demus | 282 | 0 | Europe |
| 3rd | Koyota & Yuma | 270 | 2 | Europe |
| 4th | SwizzY & Pixie | 230 | 0 | Europe |
| 5th | Cr1nge & Twi | 228 | 0 | Europe |
| 6th | Shxrk & t3eny | 219 | 1 | Europe |
Five of the top six spots belong to European duos, giving the home region a strong position heading into the final day.
When and Where to Watch Day 2
Day 2 takes place on September 27, with broadcasts starting at:
- 7 a.m. PST
- 10 a.m. EST
- 4 p.m. CEST
- 12 a.m. AEST
The remaining six games will settle the final standings and prize distribution. No champion has been confirmed, and with a 34-point gap between first and second place — and 85 points covering the top six — Day 2 could still reshuffle everything.
Where things stand now: the tournament has reached its halfway point. vic0 & Malibuca hold the lead on points without a game win to their name, while two-time game winners Koyota & Yuma lurk just 34 points back. The Fortnite Global Champion will be decided after Game 12 on September 27.
