s1mple's BC.Game team moves to Asia VRS, signs asap

The notorious BC.Game roster has added yet another name to its revolving door, completing its 23rd signing in just over two years. This time it is Tyson "asap" Paterson, formerly of THUNDERdOWNUNDER, who joins the squad. The 23-year-old Australian recently made his major debut at IEM Cologne 2026 and has posted an impressive 1.25 average rating over the past 12 months.

Denis "electroNic" Sharipov first linked up with BC.Game shortly after the high-profile signing of Oleksandr "s1mple" Kostyliev. The pair had shared stages at NAVI, where they dominated Counter-Strike for years at the very top of the game. But electroNic's individual form faded after he took on the in-game leader role at NAVI, and he struggled to keep pace with the other star riflers in the scene.

Why BC.Game Are Moving to the Asia VRS Ranking

The arrival of asap gives BC.Game an Asia-Oceania core alongside Azbayar "Senzu" Munkhbold and Ayush "mzinho" Batbold. That shift means the squad now falls under the Asian VRS Ranking rather than the European one — a change that could carry serious consequences for their major ambitions.

Will BC.Game Play at the PGL Singapore Major?

The gamble appears to be paying off for now. BC.Game currently sit fourth in the Asian VRS Ranking, placing them inside the bubble for an invite to the PGL Singapore Major.

However, the invitation is not locked in yet. The team will need to deliver solid results at Stake Pulse Beat III and Digital Crusade DracuLAN Season 7 before the November invite deadline arrives if they want to secure their spot.
