Silent Hill Townfall guide: surgery answers and x-ray dosage solutions

Part 3 of Silent Hill Townfall puts you face to face with Dr Glenn, a hostile physician who demands precise details about Zoe's surgical patient — from blood pressure readings to x-ray settings. Unless you have real-world medical training, the puzzle is genuinely tricky, so here's a complete rundown of every answer and dosage you need.

Surgery answers

When you meet Dr Glenn in the Surgery at the Medical Centre, he fires off a series of questions about the patient. The answers are all visible on the medical monitors around the room — you just need to know which ones to read.

Blood pressure: There are five blood pressure monitors in the room, but only one gives the right reading. Look for the side of the monitor labeled diastolic/systolic — the correct one is the second from the right, on the right-hand side of the bed as you face the patient.

Pulse: For the pulse question, use the third monitor from the right, which reads a pulse of 162.

Blood oxygen: Finally, the oxygen level comes from the fifth monitor from the right, on the left-hand side of the bed. That reading is 80.

X-Ray dosages

Once you've answered all three questions, Dr Glenn sends you a Pager code for the connected X-Ray room: 7103.

Head through, and he'll ask you to x-ray the patient's head. The machine has plenty of buttons, but don't guess — check the X-Ray Dosage Table on the Surgery's PC first. It lists the correct Volts (kV), Cur (mA), and Time (s) for each body part.

For the skull:

1. Volts (kV) = 3
2. Cur (mA) = 7
3. Time (s) = 1

After setting those values, use the computer to align the camera with the patient's skull, then press the 'Alignment' button on the X-Ray machine to take the scan.

For the chest:

1. Volts (kV) = 7
2. Cur (mA) = 3
3. Time (s) = 1.2

Align the camera with the patient's chest the same way and hit 'Alignment' again to complete the second scan.

Wrapping up the puzzle

With both scans done, grab the two x-ray images from the Printer in the room, then place them on the whiteboard next to the intercom in the Surgery.

When Dr Glenn prompts you, report each x-ray to him. He'll then ask you to mix and administer a combination of medications for the patient — but none of the required medicines are in this room, so you'll need to search the rest of the hospital to find them.
