What You Need Before Starting

Before you can tackle the weighing scales at the Shorefront Family Clinic, you must first complete a couple of other puzzles and pick up some important items:

• Solve the Organ Transport Box puzzle to obtain Zoe's Lanyard.
• Open the Pharmacy locker to grab the Prescription Dosage Error item.
• Visit Jessica's house and pick up the Broken Stethoscope upstairs.

Once all three items are in your inventory, head back to the Shorefront Family Clinic and step into Zoe's office again.

How to Solve the Weighing Scales

The goal here is to place three of Zoe's belongings — the three items listed above — onto the scales in the correct sequence. The clue that reveals this order is Zoe's Resignation Letter, which can be found in the same office.

Each self-criticism Zoe writes in the letter corresponds to one of her possessions, and the items should be placed on the scales from left to right in the order she mentions them. Here's the correct solution:
