All phone number locations in Silent Hill: Townfall
In Silent Hill: Townfall, saving works by dialling phone boxes and landlines across St. Amelia. This guide lists all 13 dialable numbers in order: three starting numbers including the save number 100, early Part 1 finds …
Saving in Silent Hill Townfall works differently from most games: you save by dialling, using phone boxes or landlines in homes, stores, and offices across St. Amelia. Along the way, the game scatters 13 dialable phone numbers through documents, notes, and posters — some are essential story beats, others simply deepen the town's unsettling atmosphere.
This guide lists every number in the order you're likely to encounter them across the game's parts, so you don't miss any unique interactions. Spoiler warning: number locations below reference story moments from Parts 1 through 4, including one number only obtainable in New Game Plus.
Part 1: The Numbers You Start With
The moment you first get access to a phone in Part 1, three numbers are already available:
- Emergency – 900
- Operator – 010
- Save Yourself – 100
Emergency and Operator lead nowhere — their services are unavailable or inactive. The third number, however, matters enormously: dial 100 on any phone you find to save your game manually. Expect 100 to be your most-dialled number in the entire game.
Two more numbers can be picked up very early:
- Tourist Centre – 496-0496: After unlocking the St. Amelia Shorefront Map, flip it over — the number sits in the bottom left-hand corner. Calling it reveals that all tourist services have been suspended for now.
- Room 204, Haldane Hotel – 496-0244: In the prologue, the Haldane Hotel Room Service Card found in Room 204 lists this number at the very bottom. You can dial it as soon as you have phone access.
Part 2: Clues Hidden in Zoe's World
Water Service – 01632 960595. While playing as Zoe in Part 2, you'll explore her house, which has changed since Simon's visit. On her living room table, the Water Warning document advises that all water must be boiled before drinking or washing — and the Water Service switchboard number is printed in very tiny writing at the bottom.
Zoe Ellis – 496-0103. At Mr. Stewart's house, No. 10 Church Avenue, Mr. Stewart's Index Note sits beside the living room phone. Zoe's own number is written on it.
Dr. Glenn (Medical Centre Chief) – 496-0556. After escaping Mr. Stewart's house, Zoe heads to St. Amelia Medical Centre — locked, with a Medical Security Note outside instructing staff to call Dr. Glenn for access.
Medical Centre Storage – 5353. Once you've collected the three medications and administered them to the patient in the Surgery, Dr. Glenn sends you to find intubation equipment in the basement — but you must call ahead first, and he hands you the storage number: 5353.
Part 4: Atlas Square and CEG Lockers
WHO Dial Back Service – 946. In Part 4 (Clara Woods), a phone box in Atlas Square rings as you approach. Answer it and the caller immediately hangs up. The poster inside the phone box explains the WHO Dial Back Service on 946, which reveals the number of the last person to call that phone box.
Unknown – 496-0112. Dial 946 at that same phone box and you'll be given this number — attached to an Unknown caller.
CEG Lockers – 496-0993. On arriving at CEG Lockers in Part 4, you'll learn about locker barcodes. The phone number is printed in the top-left corner of the first barcode (and all subsequent ones) beside the scanner.
New Game Plus: Richard's Number
Richard – 496-0842. Remember the phone box at the very start of the game in St. Amelia's Town Square? It rings, and Simon speaks briefly with Richard. On a first playthrough you won't know the WHO Dial Back Service yet — but in New Game Plus, dial 946 there to get 496-0842: Richard's own number.
Where You Stand Now
That's all 13 phone numbers: three available from the start (900, 010, 100), four in Part 1's early exploration, four tied to Zoe's Part 2 section, three in Part 4, and one exclusive to New Game Plus. With the checklist complete, you can chase the game's 15 Strange Postcards next.
