Guide to Pre-Ordering the Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time Switch 2 Console

Nintendo pulled back the curtain on its Ocarina of Time remake during the September 2026 Direct, and it looks like a gorgeous, painstakingly rebuilt take on the N64 landmark. The game itself lands on 5th November, but Zelda fans won't have to wait quite that long for the goodies: a special Zelda-themed Switch 2 console and matching accessories arrive earlier, on 29th October.

Below, we've gathered the pre-order options for The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time on Switch 2 from retailers in the UK and US — covering the themed hardware, the Zelda Pro Controller, and the upcoming amiibo.

Where to Pre-Order Zelda: Ocarina of Time

Ordering directly from Nintendo's store nets you an exclusive bonus: 3D replicas of the three Spiritual Stones that Link collects on his journey. There's also a variant bundle that adds a small ocarina pin badge for an extra £2.99.

The Spiritual Stones set comes in a black display box, so you can show it off on a shelf or slot it into your games collection. Specs are as follows:

Update: At the time of writing, The Game Collection in the UK has pre-orders open for both the console and the controller.

Beyond the game itself, Nintendo is releasing a Zelda-themed Switch 2 and a matching Pro Controller at the end of October. There's also a special edition of the Pro Controller bundled with a small display stand, sold directly through Nintendo.

The themed console is priced at $519.99 / £434.99, and while pre-orders have opened, many retailers are already out of stock. Nintendo Store UK had this message at the top of its page after its allocation sold through:

If you'd rather skip the cartridge entirely, you can pick the game up on the eShop — and it's cheaper that way, too. The physical edition costs $69.99 / £58.99, while the digital version comes in at $59.99 / £49.99.
